Free and Plus accounts run on an ltiaas.com subdomain. Pro and Enterprise can use a subdomain of a domain you own, such as lti.yourcompany.com. The customer portal walks through authorising it.
Custom domain setupPro and Enterprise accounts get a private section of the portal for priority requests. We aim to reply within 2 hours during business hours, and almost always inside 24 hours any day of the week.
Give us an address and the monitoring service emails you when an internal LTIAAS error affects your account, including a traceable error code you can quote back to us.
Role-based access control for teams. Each administrator signs in with their own email and password or Google account, with their own level of access.
